Se você alguma vez já se
deparou com esse problema no explorer.exe (não há suporte pra essa interface)
do Windows 7, então aí vai a dica.
Você vai precisar
registrar uma lista de "*.dll" para que seu explorer.exe volte ao
normal.

Agora salve como
"nome qualquer" ".bat". (você irá escrever '.bat' na frente
do nome que você deu).
Agora execute. Se tudo
der certo, o seu Explorer.exe voltará a funcionar normalmente.
Eu já tive essa
dificuldade aqui no PC e deixei um Bat já ponto. Nunca se sabe se a ocorrência de
um problema voltará novamente.
Observação importantíssima:
Evitem usar o IERadicator
no Windows 7, pois ele foi o causador esse problema no meu Explorer.exe
